At any frame of the generation, all shining spots on the canvas, either films or film stars, are connected. Any two stars can find a path to each other by traversing the films they made, their co-stars, the films their co-stars made, and so on, and the same can be said for any two films. In this sense, every frame of this generation is a small corner of a snapshot of the entire film history, where all the great artists and artworks are remembered.
If this generative process could goes on and on, we can almost imagine the entire film history to be gradually unveiled on the canvas if it were infinitely large. The film stars are transient — they fleet across the cineverse one after another, but their masterpieces remain shining forever in the universe of the cinema.
